Delivery

SHIPPING CHARGES

Deliveries within Canada are charged a variable shipping rate based on package weight and destination province. Shipping charges are subject to GST/HST as defined by the respective province.

Deliveries within the United States are charged a flat rate shipping fee of CAD $50, regardless of the number of products ordered.

Customers will be responsible for paying the shipment return fee and reshipment fee for all orders returned by the carrier at no fault of the carrier or PanGlobal.

School, Bookstore, or Business Orders (with approved credit accounts) are required to provide the customer with the proper courier account information before shipping. Failure to do so will result in shipping costs charged to the customer invoice.

International Deliveries (outside of Canada or the USA) are not eligible for the flat rate shipping fees above. Submit a ticket to confirm the estimated shipping fees before placing an order; failure to do so could result in additional fees for the cancellation of your order.

Delivery Options & Timeframes

Standard shipping is by ground (Canada Post or Purolator). Delivery timeframes are typically within 5–12 business days.

Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge. To clarify charges for faster delivery, call us toll-free at 1-866-256-8193 and select Option 1 before placing an online order.

Local Pickup Information (please read before you order)

Individual orders placed through PanGlobal’s website with an Alberta shipping address have the option to select Calgary Local Pickup as a delivery method.

Pickup Options & Timeframes

  1. Anyone selecting our pickup option should be within reasonable driving distance of our Calgary location to be able to comply.
    1. Our offices are located at 1 – 1339 40 Ave NE, Calgary, AB
  2. All orders will be ready for pickup the following business day. For urgent same-day order pickups, please call 1-866-256-8193, Option 1, before 2 p.m.
  3. Orders can be picked up from 9–3 p.m. daily (except statutory holidays).

Unable to pick up your order?

  1. If for any reason you are unable to pick up your order as scheduled, please advise customer service by calling our toll-free line, 1-866-256-8193, Option 1 to make alternate arrangements.
  2. Alternate options include the following:
    1. Reschedule your pickup for another day.
    2. Change your delivery method to shipping. Our customer service team will collect payment via eligible credit card over the phone. Shipping charges will be calculated based on weight and delivery address and are subject to GST/HST as defined by the destination province.
    3. Unclaimed orders will be held for two (2) business days after the initial order date. After the two-day holding period, your order will be cancelled and a partial refund will be processed with a 10% cancellation fee applied, as per our Print Products: Cancellation & Return Policy.

Tracking Information

Courier tracking information will be provided via email once the order has been processed and shipped. Tracking information can also be obtained by contacting our Logistics department.
